Saturday baking

I spent the morning this morning making dough for homemade pizzas. We had them at lunchtime with some family and they were so tasty. I totally forgot to take a photo of the finished product though. Bad times.

Here is how I make my dough before I leave it to rise. Really easy and it works every time.

I'd also made a banoffee pie as it's my cousins' favourite and I haven't made one in ages. Unfortunately it's a dairy delight so Henry and I couldn't have any but everyone else seemed to enjoy it.

Since it's my final week before I go back to work, I'm going to try and do a bit more baking while I still have the time! I'll hopefully blog about it later in the week.
