Henry got a couple of pressies from some lovely Spanish friends and his godmother bought him a Spanish children's bible. So the traditions will start tonight when we attempt to read the story of the three kings in Spanish (think I'll leave this to Daddy!) and leave a little jewel by Henry's cot that the Three kings have dropped in their haste...exciting!

Dia de Los Reyes
Tomorrow will be Henry's first Dia de Los Reyes (Epiphany to us Brits). Traditionally in Spain this is the day that children would get their presents, courtesy of the Three Kings. I'd really like to celebrate this every year with Henry as we have so many Spanish friends and family, and of course Henry is a quarter Spanish himself. I think it would be a lovely day for us to remember Rob's mum in years to come too.

So easy to translate too when you know the story...and it is una historia fabulosa. Enjoy. X
